How does payment work?
Payment is handled by Stripe. Marmanda never sees or stores your card number.
Can I get a refund?
If Marmanda isn't for you, write to us within fourteen days of your first payment and you get it back, no explanation needed.
Can I switch from monthly to yearly?
Yes, at any time from your account. The change takes effect at the next period.
What happens to my garden if I stop paying?
No data is deleted. Your latest plan and journal remain readable; the complete history becomes available again if you resubscribe. You can always request a copy of your personal data.
Can the price go up?
The price of your running subscription never changes without advance notice, and you can always decline by cancelling.
